Chuck/W0DLE pays Ho Chi Minh City a visit from February until April
and plans to operate as 3W9DLE on HF (CW, SSB, FT8), also during
the ARRL DX CW and Russian DX Contests. QSL via W0DLE (d).
9Y, Trinidad and Tobago:
Thomas/DL9OBQ remains active as 9Z4/DL9OBQ until Feb. 7 from Saint
Augustine (SA-011). QRV mostly on 30, 17, and 15m (CW only). QSL

F, France:
During February TM15AAW will be active around the 15th Antarctic
Activity Week (Feb. 17 to 25). QRV on 40-10m, mostly on SSB.

H4, Solomon Islands:
Bernard/DL2GAC has returned to the Solomon Islands (OC-047) and

HP, Panama:
Mike/W1USN and Bob/AA1M are going to operate as HP8/W1USN and
HP8/AA1M between Feb. 1 and 15 on HF (CW, SSB, digital modes). QSL

I, Italy:
Watch out for 4U13FEB operating from the United Nations Global
Service Center ARC (4U1GSC) in Brindisi until March 31. The call
marks the World Radio Day (Feb. 13). QSL via 9A2AA.
I, Italy:
The ARI Fidenza Club (IQ4FE) is going to use a number of special
event callsigns during 2018 to commemorate milestones in radio
history. During February II4HRZ, dedicated to Heinrich Rudolf

Giovanni/I0KQB is going to put the special event callsign II0GM on
the air during 2018 to commemorate G. Marconi. QSL via I0KQB (d),

JA, Japan:
8N1TKB celebrates the 30th anniversary of Tsukuba-City during
February and March. QSL cards will arrive automagically via the

LY, Lithuania:
The special event station LY100A to LY100Z are celebrating
Lithuania's Independence during February. QSL via LY1RMD. For more

LZ, Bulgaria:
The Bulgarian Radio Club Blagovestnik (LZ1KCP) continues to honour

RST Special Event:
Between February and the end of May members of the North Country DX
Association (NCDXA) will be active for the third time from
locations in Alaska, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and
Greenland with the calls KL7RST, VY1RST, VE8RST, VY0RST, and

The Republic of Kosovo (Z6) has been added to the DXCC list,
effective 21 January 2018, bringing the list in total to 340
entities.

Radio amateurs from Israel are going to celebrate the founding of
the state from April 19 onwards for 70 days with the calls 4X70I,
4X70S, 4X70R, 4X70A, 4X70E, and 4X70L. A special award "Israel 70"
will be available, with the callsign 4Z70IARC counting as a Joker
per the award rules. The stations will also be active in the
Holyland Contest (April 19/20). QSL via LoTW and eQSL.
7Q, Malawi:
The EIDX Group plans to operate as 7Q7EI between March 24 and April
2, including the CQ WW WPX SSB Contest. QSL via M0OXO, ClubLog,

Chung/VA7YM plans to put Guadalcanal Island (OC-047) on the air as

A Brazilian team (PP1CZ, PR7AB, PY2MC, PY2SEX, PY2WAS, PY3MM,

planning a DXpedition to Macao. QRV as XX9B with three stations on
